    Xbox store is unreachable. Ryse will not be able to credit the gold you earned


    What is wrong with the Xbox store lately? Ryse son of Rome multiplayer mode is not giving the gold I've earned because of the store not being reachable!!

    Hi Miss Bijoux,

    Thanks again for your suggestions. I tried them all, but after finishing a multiplayer level still no gold, as 'the Xbox store is unreachable. Ryse will not be able to credit the gold you earned'. I'm up to 27444 in gold earned now, but none of it appears
    in the game itself. Hope you have some more suggestions,

    Same problem, also the warning on 01/19/17 and 01/20/17

    tried all things, nothing works ( also tried on same xbox with an other account, no results)

    Love the game, so would be great to have this fixed. Please help Xbox store is unreachable. Ryse will not be able to credit the gold you earned :)

    yes and it's doing my head in, I have changed my language and region settings all to English AUS like everyone else said worked for them but I still keep getting the "

    Warning: the xbox store is unreachable. Ryse will not be able to credit the gold you earned" error and this needs to be fix. You can't even buy the gold from the store so Microsoft is losing money here

    Hey there DarkstalkerLord.

    If you've given all steps Miss Ghidorah provided in their first post and have you tried resetting your Network connection, I recommend you give a Factory Reset a try. Let us know how it goes :)
