Xbox store is not working

Discus and support Xbox store is not working in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; So my Xbox is in working order, and is able to connect to the internet.     Xbox store is not working


    So my Xbox is in working order, and is able to connect to the internet. What is killing me about one issue is that the Xbox Store is not doing its job. Recently I have been trying to buy Skyrim remastered, but every time I try to purchase it a gray box appears
    and says, "Try again later. Check your internet connection and try again later. We couldn't connect to the Store." I would greatly appreciate any input from Microsoft on how to rectify this issue, but my faith in customer service is gone, and I think they
    make enough money to not care about one insignificant customer.

    Hey there Foxy Purple,

    Let's have you try to perform a full
    Factory Reset, but make sure to keep your Games & apps. This will refresh the console fully, but you won't need to reinstall any games or apps. You will need to re-sign into any profiles you had on the console again though.

    Xbox Store is not working

    Hey everyone,

    For the last two days I have been trying to get an app on my xbox but whenever I go to the Store on the xbox, all the featured content shows up. However when I try to hit browse or anything really it throws up this error code called 0x8000FFFF I did a search
    but that code is in regards to the xbox not being able to save a game. I checked my connection and my xbox and internet are all good. I can connect to everything else on xbox live but Store is not working. Has anyone else had this problem?

    what region are you in

    If you check commerce.microsoft.com what is your account region

    If you don't live in an Xbox one live region we can't help you

    Sorry to see any connection issues! It seems more like you might have a set up that isn't ideal for the service. Can you please post back with the following information?:

    • Modem manufacturer and model number
    • Router manufacturer and model number
    • ISP
    • Wired or wireless?
    • Detailed network statistics (You can find this by going to Settings > All Settings > Network > Network Settings > Detailed network statistics)

    From there, we will be able to figure out what you might be running into on the console. In the meantime, you should still be able to buy items from the website Store. If you're having issues there, please let us know! We look forward to hearing from you.
