Xbox Store is glitching for me

When I go into the Xbox store on my Xbox I can browse games and content but when I click into a game I wish to buy the screen loads in halfway down the page and I can’t get to the top to click buy.

Someone please help me

Bought helix points but , they are not added

Goodafternoon. Just did a buy @ the xbox store . A pack of helix points. 1400 for 9,99. They credited my account but the helix points are nowhere to be found... . Please help. Is this also something because the game is glitching ?

Xbox live is glitching out on me

I believe on the 18th, I tried to get into a session in GTA V. It soon told me my account doesn't have access to xbox live. Soon enough I put in a code but it said something like, "You already have it give it to a friend."

I would try to hard reset your console if you have not yet. There may be a problem with your actual hardware in the console though so I would contact support if that doesnt resolve it. Maybe try your xbox on a different monitor/tv

That’s a xbox store glitch it has happended to me plenty of time no need to be alarmed

It's not a glitch. When you preorder a game with a credit card, you're not billed until about 10 days before the game is released. So your preordered would be cancelled once they are unable to bill you.

The store vault is always like it, Microsoft support said it was a glitch and told me to contact Rewards tech support so they could minus the gems and award the xbox live credit.
