Xbox Store is broken..

PLEASE HELP, IVE BEEN HAVING THIS PROBLEM FOR 2 WEEKS!

For the past two weeks I’ve been unable to use the Microsoft store at all, it allows me to see things like “Deals, Games” etc etc...

Whenever I click on one of those games it says “Try that again, page could not be loaded. Please try again later” with the error code 0x00000193.

I’ve soft restored my Xbox, factory restored my Xbox, hard reset my Xbox, used other profiles I have even tried multiple wifi networks (including hotspot) and nothing seems to fix it.

It worked for a few seconds when I updated my Microsoft Store but when the update wouldn’t download and I hard reset my console it broke again and said it was updated and now I’m in this permanent loop of being unable to use my Xbox store at all.

Can someone PLEASE help me fix this issue. It’s got me to the point where I don’t even want this console anymore.

try to reinstall your profile, this process does not weigh more than 100 mb and will not delete anything else, it would also be good if you checked your region may have been changed to another and that causes your problems

Let's make sure you have no outstanding balances. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services

Can you try with a different profile or sign out and try and access the store.

If neither of these solve your issue please let me know.

When installing these games are you using the Microsoft Store app or the Xbox app? If you're using the Microsoft Store app, try using the Xbox app instead.

If you're having issue installing the Gaming Services, you can try following the steps below:

Reinstall the Gaming Services app on your Windows 10/11 device:

Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.
In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
Restart your device and try to install the game again.

I know it works on the console. But it is not a solution for the broken xbox 360 store on the xbox.com website and no excuse what microsoft did with the store.
