    hi I've noticed in my store on Xbox one in the top right corner is a down arrow with a line under it and a 1 next to it I assumed it meant I had 1 download or update pending and when I clicked on it thats where it took me but there is nothing ready to update
    or in que. Can someone tell me what this is thank you

    store not working

    Store didn't open with me ... when I press on Store icone, it took me back to Home screen .....

    It's strange !!!!!!!!!

    GAME STORE ICON NOTHING SHOWING

    Hey there Bedard69!

    That's odd that everything but the game store is showing for you. Since you first ran into this issue have you tried a full Xbox One power cycle? To power cycle your Xbox One, hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds, until it shuts down, and then power
    it back on.

    Let us know if there's any change after that power cycle. If not, it may be worth

    Removing Your Xbox Live Profile     and then adding back.

    You can also check for any updates to games/apps by heading to the "My Games & Apps" section, and checking under "Updates" from there. Do you see any available game/app updates listed there?

    If not, try
    Power Cycling     the console. Do you still see that icon afterward? If so, can you reply with a picture of exactly how it's showing for you?

    Game launch issue - ish

    Its on xbox one the windows edition and i can join but there seems to be a bug that instead of the minecraft icon on the invite its the microsoft store icon which bugs me

    I am one xbox one s and i deleted my microsoft rewards app on it because it wasnt working and i was trying to fix it but now i cant get the app back anywhere i need help reinstalling

    Hi. To install microsoft rewards on your xbox go to microsoft store and type rewards then move along to apps and it will be listed in there. the icon is a medal. you can also download the xbox app on your phone by going to play store or app store on iphone and searching for xbox. hope this helps.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Is your console enrolled in the

    Xbox Insider Program    ? You can access the Microsoft Store in a couple of different ways. You can press the Xbox button on the controller to pull up the guide, and the Microsoft Store icon is below the home icon. You can go to the home screen and press RB
    to scroll to the Microsoft Store section of the console. What happens when you try to access the store in these ways? Be sure to let us know the results Malfeasance!

    Majong will not load.

    I tried doing this but I can only get as far as the store icon. The store icon is there and it's trying to open but the circle spins and it doesn't end. I let my computer run like that all night an it was still spinning when I checked it this morning.
