Xbox store downloads trial Overwatch Origins instead of full game.

How do I get my Xbox to download Overwatch origins full game instead of the trial? I cannot play the standard game and because I downloaded the trial the store says ready to install instead of get. The trial fyi only directs me to buy the legendary edition
while i am unable to access origins edition.

As I checked the store now, the origins edition is not available at this moment.

So you can "only" get the legendary.

This is the reason why you cant download it.

Sorry.

May it change in the future but I don't know

Did he either update the trial to the complete version or has he removed the trial version and installed the full version of the game?

Are you certain that his Xbox is indeed your home console now.

This only happens with Overwatch, no other games?

He said that he uninstalled the trial and downloaded the full version.

He is certain he says because he has my other games.

And yes this is a problem for only overwatch

have you tried to install it from the browser find overwatch in the microsoft store and the select install on my device then it should grant you the normal version of the game instead of the trial version

go to market place make sure u downloaded the full game instead of the trial
