    yeah it sucks as my friend when he goes on the xbox store the DLC us buyable to him but when i go onto the store its "Not currently available"

    The standalone dlc has not been put on the store yet, only bundles are currently available for pre-order.

    The only way to get the CR-Z was to pre-order from the Microsoft store. It is currently not available in game or through DLC.

    Its up to the game developers if they want to bring back old DLC and also its up to them if they want to transfer them to next gen consoles like series s/series x. All we can hope that the game developers bring them back. you could also watch the forums to keep a eye out for news of dlc.
