Xbox store cannot be accessed

Discus and support Xbox store cannot be accessed in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I wanted to download overwatch on my Xbox one and when I went into the store, it immediately exited to the home page.     Xbox store cannot be accessed


    I wanted to download overwatch on my Xbox one and when I went into the store, it immediately exited to the home page. Please help. thanks

    Xbox.com Profile Cannot Be Accessed

    Been happening all day. I open the Games Hub on Windows 8 and I get no friends listed.

    On Games Hub (WP8), my friends are shown, but no one's online (when I know that one or two are usually on quite often).

    BTW, this is an unmodified image. The codes weren't there.

    Hiya,

    This billing related issue usually occurs for two reasons. One being some sort of billing related issue which you can
    check here. Two, if you have a parental account attached to your gamertag you'd want to make sure to login with that parental account to make sure that it a.) has a gamertag generated
    for it, b.) doesn't have any sort of billing issues, and c.) make sure that any sort of terms and conditions are agreed to on that account as well.

    Not sure if any of the above apply to you but they might and you may want to go through the motions before
    contacting phone support if none of the above is the case.

    Are you getting any errors? Try to provide some images of this problem if possible.

    Try power cycling your Xbox:

    Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. Once the console is off, turn it back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or controller. ​​​

    Just to clarify, are you seeing this error on your Xbox One console, or is this error occurring through a browser on your PC?

    If it's on browser, I would recommend that you check that the Xbox.com locale is set to the region you're physically located in. You can change that
    here!

    If the error is on the Xbox One console, please make sure your Xbox One console region is set to the region you're physically located in through the Xbox One 'System' settings. You can find steps for that under the 'How to change your country/region on Xbox
    One' group on our
    Xbox Live region support     page.

    Thanks for your advice. I checked the location in my Xbox settings and my region is set correctly to New Zealand.

    I asked my wife to check using her profile and she doesn't have the same problem.

    Is is it possible for the store to get 'stuck' on a bad page? not that I can recall the last game I browsed.
