    Xbox Store Bug - Videos Do Not Play


    When trying to watch a trailer for a game you cannot launch the video in the new store layout. You can turn on autoplay and add the sound in the settings and it will play automatically that way when you hover on it, but only in the small preview screen. It does not go full screen as it would if you were to select it.

    Hello, This might help you out.

    How to fix Error 0xc00d11d1 when played a movie download or rented from Xbox Video store

    * It seems to be a bug in the video app. Download the legacy Zune App and install it.

    * It causes by DisplayLink USB 3.0 Video Drivers

    Open Control Panel, go to Programs and features and locate the “displaylink core software”. Uninstall it and play the video again. You will get other error message, ignore it and that should work.

    If can’t view, restart your computer or tablet, and then change the display to run in HDMI and Green Mode. That will avoid it forcing automatic install of drivers.

    All of the above! Just rented the movie and cannot watch it. I either have to purchase it or it says to rent it again at xBox store.

    License for this video has expired. To play it, rent it again at the xBox Video Store.
