Xbox stops working with apple keyboard.

Hello Unsellar, try to follow the procedures below.

The first is a clear cache

1. Go to the Xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds until it turns off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

I have seen a few console peasants use PC mouse and keyboard which works but the Xbox is not really designed for it.

I have a bluetooth keyboard and it works with Apple TV and console alike

The keyboard itself plugs into my controller and the usb, I have plugged into the usb port on the front of my xbox series x. When using the keyboard, the keyboard works but the mic stops working.

I have an old Apple G4 usb Keyboard for both the XB1 and Ps4, works just fine and less clumsy then messing around with a tablet imo.

I have used a usb apple keyboard and it worked fine and have a chat pad - I simply dont type enough to warrant the extra clutter - although I do see the desirability of a mini wireless keyboard (like a flat chatpad you dont have to plug in-that would be
nice)
