    Xbox stops game installations


    Hello!

    So I've been having an Xbox One for about two years now, and I had no problems installing any game on it. However one day I tried to install Forza Horizon 2, but the installation would always stuck at 48% (65% in-game) I reset the console once and Fallout
    4 would reinstall normally, but now neither Forza nor Grand Theft Auto 5 will install, getting stuck at the exact same place they did in previous attempts. I think I have to mention that both of those games were over 30gb while Minecraft or Fallout weren't.
    I can also tell that the disk of GTA or FH stops spinning while in drive, popping up the Stopped Installing message after a minute or so.

    The disks are in perfect condition, even though Xbox says that the disk is damaged (sometimes). There is no way of them being damaged, since Fallout would not install at all, after all.

    I assumed that it was a hardware problem, but I would also like to ask for advice before proceeding to sending my console for service. Any kind of advice, ideas, or possible solutions are greatly appreciated!

    I've tried to install these games offline before but they stuck in exactly the same spots. As I said, Xbox clarifies that my disks might be damaged, but they are A-OK. Do you think its a problem with the drive?
