Xbox stopped working and other xbox says every disc is dirty

I hear a lot of people say they had to do it for every disc. There has to be something they did wrong. I hard reset for the disc dirty issue. Plus unplug console. Plus unplug modem. Leave un plugged 5 minutes then re boot. Worked first time have not seen
the dirty disc message since

only this disc over 30 other disc work okay. try most them on my main profile it says dirty or damaged disc. do EA exchange discs. the disc has no sign of wear or damage

A reason why your console won't read the disc you have entered is because the disc is scratched or dirty. Two ways i know to clean a disc is to get a soft cloth and wipe the disc. the other way is to take it to a shop were they use a machine to clean. the
easier way is the cloth. it works every time for me. if this dosn't work it may be or xbox disc reader what has failed so it will have to sent of for repairs.

And don't try to say it's a dirty disc drive because If I reset my xbox and of times it will work like 30 times or more
