Xbox stopped keeping track of hours played

Hi,

So I’ve started playing mass effect legendary edition on my series x and my stats on achievements has been showing I have 3d 3h 49m and it has been showing this for the last day or two, and I’ve played quiet a bit in the last couple days so I know this should be bigger but it’s not. Any one know how to fix this? Microsoft can you help me out here? I love to know my hours played and it freaks me out not knowing so getting this solved as soon as possible would be great. I’ve already tried the restating console etc. I even tried logging my account back in.

If that only happens with a particular game, most likely, it's an in game problem but reinstalling the game is really worth a shot.

Hi, no I haven’t as here in Australia it can take up to a day to download. If this is likely to fix the issue then I will give it go. I just discovered however that when I play mass effect 3 my playtime continues which is frustrating because it means my playtime on mass effect 2 is forgotten. Is this a BioWare issue, or is this still a Microsoft issue? Would appreciate all the help I can get thanks.
