    Xbox stopped download then refuses discs


    Ok so I got Mlb the show 21 for my xbox one yesterday,was all happy till it stopped installing so I kept trying and trying to fix it yesterday till I gave up,I kept trying this morning as the xbox before it started refusing discs,all it did was just refuse to try downloading it with a is it dirty or clean message when its clean from being new and I kept trying different methods and the xbox stopped letting discs work. Now this is in your hands what can I do to get mlb the show downloading

    Ok so like the download stuff like I get it preventing to download is a bit odd but will check the links you gave,I forgot to mention is the xbox finds updates to things when a disc messes up

    I have a very similar issue.

    I have noticed that all digital content (apps / games) went across perfectly ok, but two of my disc based games steadfast refuse to go across always saying “installation stopped”.

    Sure, I could just stick the disc into my new XB1X, but that would destroy my internet download allowance when re-downloading all content, updates and 4K enhancements. I shouldn’t have to do this!
