My Xbox account was stolen and received no help from Microsoft, I have no money to buy more games and I am very unhappy with this. With months and no help.

IS THERE ANY WAY TO LOCATE MY STOLEN XBOX ONE X?

My Xbox One X, has been STOLEN from my own Domain. I have the Serial# for the console, but I have no way of locating it for the ability to regain my stolen property. Which brings me to the reason I am writing this post. I'd really appreciate Any input and
advice that will prove useful. Please help(they also stole my TV, Controller, All the Cords, and My Games. However, I have no serial # for the other items listed nor the receipts of purchase.)

I'm incredibly sorry to see the situation you're in. Unfortunately, even with the serial number, we are not able to assist with personal item theft. These cases are better handled by the police, however it appears that they are not able to assist with the
situation.

If you have any renter's or home owner's insurance, we suggest filing a claim through your insurer to be able to purchase a new console.

Because we are unable to assist with personal theft, this thread will be locked. If you need support assistance once you get a new console, be sure to post up a new detailed thread so that our community can work on helping you out. Thanks for understanding!

I would suggest reporting the stolen xbox to the police and giving over as much information and details about the xbox and the theif to them, so that they may be able to find and retrieve your stolen xbox and punish the person that has stolen it from you.

Information like the serial number and other useful pieces of information that can help are on the box you bought the console in and the reciept you would of had at the time of purchase.

Hopefully this helps and you are able to reclaim your stolen xbox and bring to justice the person that robbed it from you.

ya sooo no one helped me at all the disk was lost or stolen from the repair place and no prove it was stolen from me even tho i gave them a paper telling them it was in there so u cna lock this topic or delete good job xbox escalade support.

I have not read anything reliable to indicate account information was stolen from Xbox Live. Those stolen accounts from Lulzsec have nothing to do with Live.
