Xbox stolen my Money?!

Hello, We had a Xbox Game Pass for 1 month as a gift voucher. Then we redeemed it. I thought it was a one month coupon and before that I never had game pass, so I thought when the month is over, Game Pass is automatically canceled. Today was the end of
the month and Microsoft deducted directly from my Paypal € 9.99, without asking me if I want to continue game pass. Today, after I realized this, I quit directly in Game Pass, and it stood that I am no longer a member from today and have no access to the Game
Pass games. That means I could cancel my order for the extension. And I do not have the month anymore. But the 9.99 € you have already debited and not returned. Could you please check everything and send back my 9,99 €. thank you very much

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand you were charged for game pass after the month was over. When you redeem a code or gift voucher, auto renew is automatically turned on unless you uncheck the box. If you went in and cancelled the subscription
close to the expiration date. There is already a pending charge issued out, this is what went through even if it was cancelled. You can try and

request a refund for the charge. The best solution would be to request a call from support. As they will be able to see all the details on the subscription.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
