Xbox stolen, how can I see my library

most of the games will not show in the xbox app on pc unless they are play anywhere. open the store, click on the three dots top right and look at your history it should let you see most of what you own, but not the 360 games.

They are trying to view their library from a PC not from a console. Their Xbox was stolen. They clearly stated this in the post.

As part of our initial troubleshooting, kindly make sure that you are logged in using the same Microsoft account where you purchased the game. If you purchased it from Microsoft store, you may check it by going to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If you found your purchase in your Microsoft account, kindly logout from your Xbox by pressing the Xbox button, select Profile & system, and then select Sign out to sign out and back in. Check for the game once more after logging back in.
