    i can't get my rewards to go threw and i was charged based on them being my account and now i cant get my money back in my bank account i talked to numerous who couldn't seem to help me because the transaction "never" took place this is the worst customer
    service I've ever experienced

    Approximately, 3 weeks ago I purchase an Xbox pre-paid card through my local convenience store. I bought the card so I can purchase games from the online store. I get home and try the card and it doesn’t work.. Says “check your sender name”. “It contains
    a prohibited word”. So I try several more times because I figured I entered it wrong. Didn’t work again and the same message appeared.

    Next I phoned the support line, I talked to a gentleman and explained the situation. He said it was because they were doing maintenance on the store. He also said that I should take it back to the store with the receipt and ask for a new one. I didn’t believe
    him that the store was undergoing maintenance because I could still access the store and there was no warnings on the Xbox website, Twitter or Facebook. I took it down to the same store I bought it from explained what I was directed to do, but was informed
    that I was supposed to give Xbox certain numbers off my receipt. Then Xbox was to contact the convenience store so they can confirm that the card was returned. The Xbox support didn’t ask for any information so I was now left with a pre-paid card that won’t
    work and I’m out 50$.

    Out of pure frustration, I got into contact with another Xbox support person (Wanda) via the online messaging. I explained the problem for the 3rd time and after about 4 hours of messaging back and forth, Wanda informed me that they were going to reimburse
    me my 50$. It seemed like a lot of frustration and repetition for a measly 50 bucks but I was just glad to be getting reimbursed.

    So the next day, Wanda messaged me through email saying they were going to email me the reimbursement, I message her back and at this point I haven’t heard back. The last I was in contact with them was on the 24th of April.... So in conclusion, Xbox stole
    my money and I just wanna add that I never have these issues on PS4. Maybe I’ll just junk my Xbox and spend my money on more Play Station.

    I still have all the emails and a service request number that will show my side of the story.

  7. why is it every time you guys direct me back and forth and no one can help me its a **** and i am never spending a dime on anything xbox every again you have the worst customer service and you are not willing to help me when you clearly charged my bank you
    can keep my 2.79 if that's worth losing a customer of 7 + years

    Unfortunately, once Credits are deposited into your account as currency, we no longer have any control or visibility over their status. You would have to reach out to Xbox Billing support at (Contact Us | Xbox Support).
    We can confirm a deposit of 5703 Credits (5.70 USD) on March 14th. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency
    from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

    Sorry, You are out of luck... MS can do nothing if you willingly sent items to another member. I don't believe the sale of a gamertag is something that should be done... In fact maybe against the rules...... GOOD LUCK!!!

    It could of been a glitch in the system. I had a buddy that did this to him a time ago when he was buying gold. Instead of $2, it charged him the total price of two(2) three month cards. The best solution that I myself can tell you is to contact the Xbox
    Billing Department and explain to them your current situation.

    In some cases a purchase can take up to 48 hours to be reflected in your account order history and in-game

    For now the best option is wait this time buddy

    But just to let you know that if more than 48 hours passed and you not receive the content yet, probably something went wrong with the purchase and Microsoft is going to refund the money to you.

    This process can take up to 3 business days, but time will be less or more depending on your financial institution internal processes.

    You can try speeding up this process asking them to manually cancel the pending charges
