Xbox Stole My Gamer Tag !!

Xbox has personally offended me. My gamertag is " xboxstolemygtag " I signed on one day, and a message popped up stating "Your gamertag has been reported

as inappropriate and we will give you a free Gamertag Change" My gamertag use to be " Just_Niggum 87 " The name " Niggum " comes from my personal

friends, whom took my last name and altered it for a nick name. If my Gamertag was something like " Xbomber422 " and they asked me to change it, well I wouldnt

care.. i had no personal link with that gamertag... " Just_Niggum 87 " was a personal tag, a variation of my birth born last name. They took that away from me.

I'm not sure exactly when my gamertag was unjustly taken from me.. but when I was told the reason for a "racial slang" I was polite and could understand

how it could be perceived.... Well, I am going to fight you for MY NAME back.. Until tonight, I had said nothing about XBOX stealing my Gamertag. When I was

playing and stumbled upon a player who's gamertag was " [Mod Removed] " ..... That's a huge slap in the face, you might as well be running my personal

name into the ground, I take this hit on a personal level, and have become incredibly disgruntled due to that fact that my case was never investigated, I never

got a message inquiring about MY Gamertag, or what it meant. Yet, XBOX allows the word " *** " to be used on gamertags. This is outrageous and

slander on MY name. I want my gamertag back XBOX. I've been a member of xbox since 2005, I have been apart of the Xbox Live Community since then as well. My gamertag changed to Just_Niggum 87 in 2008, it was not until 2013 that it was deemed "inappropriate".
For those who cannot count, that is 6 years.

I'm asking XBOX to give me my name back, and to find Cpt mcNEGRO and ban his name from live.

Gamer Tag

I've been on Xbox Live since the first xbox. Somehow someone stole my gamer tag. My gamer tag that I use to have is: Nipper. When I signed into my xbox live I have to use another gamer tag: NipperAZ. I want my original gamer tag back. Please advise.

 

sync two accounts

I had my Xbox One stolen last November. I decided to wait for and now have an Xbox One X. I set up an account that got my previous gamer tag (I guess through my phone number??). I cannot find any of my previous purchases for online games I had purchased
or any other information outside of the gamer tag. Help?

I can see why your gamertag was offensive. It violated the Code of Conduct, and there for may not have a leg to stand on. As for the other player, you will need to file a report for their gamertag and then the Xbox Live Policy and Enforcement Team can investergate
that player and take action on them.

If you would like to argue your case with XBLPET. Please make a post in the Account banned and Suspended forums, where they will give you a reason on why you had your name changed. You will then be able to send a Private message to the Officer that has taken
your question, and discuss it further with them.

Your gamertag was racist,that's why it was changed.Follow SunkNaths advice but you will not get that gamertag back.

Also,you cannot call out gamertags on the forums.
