Xbox stole my account, my games, and my money

They refuse to help me over the phone and the only way online is the recovery form which keeps getting denied because the email on the account is an internet service provider. It makes no sense. They are thrives and scammers

I had the exact same problem with my Black Ops 3 game disc which i had for 6 months or so, paid 60$ for, wasn't damaged or scratched, and was my favorite game. It was nearly impossible to get into contact with them and when i did they said they can't help
so i should take it to game stop to switch it out for a new one... If Xbox, the platform for the game did nothing to help, why would people in real life trade me a completely broken game they didn't sell to me for a new one?? I tried anyways and they wouldn't
take the game because they said although it isn't physically damaged, it doesn't run on the xbox or show up at all, informing me i got robbed basically. I'm trying to call them now, i"ve been on hold for 30 minutes and have already set it up to where they
should've called me by now. It's impossible to get into contact with them, and since this isn't a general problem most people have had with the game, so they really don't care to try to give me any kind of refund or new copy when i contact them, when the only
thing that does is lose their business slowly but surely. Why do they think I'd pay an overpriced cost just for my next game not to work either, it's not like they're gonna go broke to give a customer a working game they paid for.a I'm leaving xbox soon i've

me!! All of it just seems like schemes to milk the most money possible out of vulnerable people. They only give deals on games when the games fail to sell or they are forced to by the developers of the game. They'll try to put every expensive game in a bundle
pack that cannot be purchased alone just for the 30 or 40 extra dollars.
