    Xbox Still not repaired


    Recently sent my Xbox back to Microsoft because it kept losing the display on my TV.

    I have used several quality HDMI cables to mitigate that as the issue.

    I received the Xbox back from Microsoft saying they had factory reset the unit, it did not look like the unit had been unsealed a or investigate at all. The Xbox is still having serious display issues, I am getting cracked images or just flashing a black
    screen and the longer it is no the worse it gets.

    I have worked in IT for some years and usually see this on laptops that have GPU issues do the xbox suffer GPU issues? as I am 99% sure that is the issue.

    I also cannot book another repair online as it is now only giving me the option for accessories. I am frustrated that I sent it from UK back to Germany for them to only do a factory reset and not resolve the issue reported.

    How can I raise another repair? or raise a complain that the previous repair has not been successful.

    Have you ruled out the display you are using? Like the tv or monitor?

    Yes tried it on two 55'' TVs both with UHD on and off and different cables.

    Same issue persists.

    That is weird that you have not gotten it. In all of my dealings with Microsoft, they have been on top of getting things to me. I wonder if you misheard the rep and he asked you to go to the repair site (service.xbox.com) and submit a repair request. Every
    time I have had to get my 360 repaired I have always used the site and a shipping label is available to print once the repair request has been initiated (paid for or verified that repair is under warranty).

    Consoles that are sent in to Xbox and repaired are granted a 90 day warranty extension. Please contact phone support or set up an online repair ticket for the console again.
