Xbox still having static noise issue!

Still experiencing the issue AFTER the update! Microsoft you guys have lost a customer. Is there anyway to get a refund for this garbage console?

USB device unavailable HELP!!!!!

I am having this exact issue. AND the stereo adapter headset popping/static noise issue. The Xbox One has been such a huge disappointment. Will be selling it soon if these issues aren't fixed by May.

Having the same issue AND I have audible static noise whenever I move the analog stick. Can't hear my games over it either.

 

Hi Krazy Crayon ! Before doing the impossible , can you confirm that you have the latest version of the OS installed. To do so, go to this link

support.xbox.com/.../system-update-operating-system and check if your version is xb_rel_1410.141009.1648.

If it's OK, try updating your controller. To do so, follow these steps :
support.xbox.com/.../update-controller-for-stereo-headset-adapter.

After that, and if you still exprience static noise, try a Power Cycle :
support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console.

Let me now if it solved your issue.

To be sure, do you experience static noise with your headset or with your TV ?

 

Its with the console itself.

 

Is your console connected to a TV or a sound receiver ? Which type of connection, HDMI or optical ?

 

It goes to a monitor that I have on a desk through HDMI

 

OK, thanks for the precisions. Does it happen with all games and apps or during specific actions ? Can you try with another HDMI cable and maybe try connecting your Xbox to another device ? I want to be sure it's related to your Xbox and not to the cable
or to your monitor.

 

I have tried multiple HDMI cables nothing solves the issue. Also it happens all the time, unless the xbox is turned off

 

The last thing you may try is plugging your Xbox to another screen to see if the static noise continue. If so, I advise you to reach to the Xbox Support.

 

Can you address the static noise because I hear a sound like hard disk accessing after the update. I also hear the coil whine noise when I start or close the console.

 

Same my xbox one no have noise issue before the update only a buzz if you reset cache or unplug/replug power cord... Nothing change after october update is normal!?
