    Xbox still down


    On Tuesday night (PM) I experienced the dreaded malfunction when i turned my Xbox on where I couldn't log in nor see my games. I turned off the xbox then restarted it to now see the green loading screen which stayed on my screen for 15 minutes until i
    again turned off the xbox. This time once I restarted it up again it soon turned its self after 10-15 seconds and is continuing to do so. I have tried different power packs as I have seen others do so but to no avail. I have tried hard resetting the xbox many
    times but with no luck. I am certain that this problem I am experiencing has to do with Tuesdays mass episode but where am I to go from here? And who is the bearer of responsibility?

    I've tried to update my xbox offline but everytime I hold the"bind" button along with the "eject" button and press the power button my xbox turns off like it has been doing. Any and every idea are welcomed because I'm ready for some gaming.

    I don't believe we are speaking about the same problem because my xbox still will not stay on. As to what Balty recommended, I already contacted "Xbox Assistance" but for some strange reason I have not received any response yet... Like I stated before
    I believe this is a problem which hasn't been addressed by Microsoft/Xbox.

    Have you tried disconnecting the modem and restarting the console in offline? Try, in case that works let us know, if not contact the assistance.
