Xbox Stereo Headset Mic Monitoring Fix

I can finally confirm that with the purchase of the most recent Turtle Beach audio control adapter (shown here: http://www.turtlebeach.com/product-...sories/ear-force-headset-audio-controller/644)
and my Xbox One Stereo Headset plugged in to my controller. I do have mic monitoring and I am able to hear myself when I talk. A long awaited Microsoft update finally righted by Turtle Beach. I have not done much research to see if this has already been tested/discovered
but internet searching has turned up nothing so I figured I would share my new found knowledge! Happy Gaming!

Microphone always on mute

Check the side window at the home screen. There are a few settings for the Headset Mic and Mic Monitoring right there. Also what Headset are you using with the Stereo Adapter?

This is only applicable to turtle beach, I'm not spending more money on a feature that should have been there in the first place, especially since I bought the MS Xbox branded stereo adapter and headset. How this product made it out of the testing lab without
mic monitoring is unimaginable. Think about the telephone, they've had mic monitoring on the telephone for at least 60 years. If they new the importance of it back then you would think that someone at MS would have said "you know what, it's awkward trying
to speak normally with these big earmuffs on"

Hi XBF George,

This has nothing to do with Mic Monitoring my friends can hear themselves because the OFFICIAL Stereo Headset I have you can't adjust the Mic Sensitivity.
