I redeemed over $50 worth of Microsoft Points the other day and none of the money was added to my account I called xbox support and they told me there was nothing they can do so now I'm out $50 and this is not even the first time this has happened its the

Sorry to hear you're upset. However, as your issue is strictly a billing one you should contact phone support for more assistance. If you live in North America then you should dial 1-800-469-9269

The billing date and renewal date are not always the same day. You can use billing.microsoft.com to check the dates.

When i talked to the guy on the phone we thought we found the money on one of our other accounts and all the family plan but he said he couldn't transfer it over

are you sure it stated ea subscription or did it state and ea account, if ea account that is normal as its an ea game and al ea games need an ea account to play online or off most of the time.
