Xbox status says offline when im online

Hello.

For some reason the last couple of days my xbox has said im last seen so many hours ago. I have tried everything that has been suggested to fix the problem but it still wont work.

Have hard reset.

Deleted my account and retreived it.

Changed my internet connection.

Checked all privacy settings and they are set to everyone.

I have seen a few posts with the same problem but no fix yet. I cant connect to partys or play multiplayer with my friends. (We all have the same issue)

Can someone please reply and tell me when this will be rectified. Thanks.

This is currently a known issue for the Australia region from what we have been able to gather. Xbox Australia Twitter account
has mentioned that they are still actively looking into this issue.

This has happened 6 times in the last 7 days for me, yesterday it was down for 7 hours. As a YouTuber this is really frustrating and I've tried all the above mentioned tips on how to fix. None were successful.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the issue with connecting to parties and multiplayer games.

I recommend to
create a static IP for the console,
and port forwarding on the network
configuration settings for a better connection.
