    Is anyone having status issues with their xbox? Mine keeps switching between home and xbox app, I did the troubleshooting, now it says I was on the xbox app 4 hours ago…

    Been on phone with support on and off for past couple of days trying to figure this out. I've had the same problem for past three days roughly. They are starting to look into it since they are hearing more and more about the online status not showing correctly.
    Problem has to be on their side.

    Ok if I understand correctly the device disappeared and now reappeared, but doesn't show the status of the service right?

    This is normal as the team has to update the information for the device status and if it's a replacement could take around 48 hours in process of update where the device can disappear again or not show the order status
