XBOX STATUS ALERT:UK xbox sign in problems,xbox1 doesnt work offline.

This is an absolute joke,fair enough I cant sign in because there is a problem so ok il play offline,I unplug my ethernet cable and try to sign in and I cant,becauuse it releys on connecting to xboxlive sign to ..so I cant even pkay offline on my profile,are
you kidding me!I didnt fork out 1000 quid on console and games and controllers to not be able to play my single player games just because I cant sign in,you ars taking the absolute MS.and convenently it has happened 1 hour after 8pm over here when xbox
support is closed till 9am,I totally accept launch game bugs,console tweeks and fixes,things people are missing,party issue,because its an awesome console and will just get better,but my requirement was 1 online connection on launch,not to have me locked out
of my profile completely just because there is a sign in problem with xbox live.AMERICA is up and running fine as my friends are playing now,are they updating the servers?3 times its updated now for try again in 30 mins on the alert.

This needs sorting immediatly, so 1k of cash and I cant play lego,skylander,max,killer instinct,halo sa,cod campaine,zoo tycoon,ryse campaine,peggle 2,all thecothers are online so I get that,the day MS lied through there teeth, just puts them in the same
legue as EA now,not bloody happy.

Sign into Xbox live other way

The service is now back up and running according to the service alert page

You should be able to sign in without issue. If you do have problems, please create your own support thread and detail the problems in there.

 

Password Doesn't Work From Console

There is currently an Xbox Live service alert active. It should work normally after all has been fixed. Keep checking back here:

Not only in the U.K., I'm affected here in the states as well. My console has now become completely useless can't play offline/online or use any apps.

 

Same thing here. Not too happy.

 

I can play PowerStar Golf offline. What games are you guys trying to play?

 

You need to disconnect wireless aswell to sign in offline. I found that I cannot play Blu Ray or CD discs without an Internet connection. Like, what?

 

And I can play Halo:SA, Killer Instinct, and Digital CoD offline.

[/quote]I'll just wait till they get it up and running again. If I disconnect from the WiFi I have enter the passwords again I dont have it handy.

Haven't signed out since around 1pm here in the states and im gonna keep it that way lol have a few friends having problems not even gonna attempt a sign out.

 

Heya guys....mines just let me sign in 10 miutes ago...my friend in central us time has just got bk on...the STATUS ALERT is now saying pst us time is affected.....I hope you all get back on very quickly.....lets hope this is prep for an update.....im definitly
getting on to on to MS and xbox support,about this unable to play offline buisness in the morning,its unacceptable.i had support on online chat and at the time their computers went down,just as I managed to sign in,so somethings going on.

You can play games and watch movies offline. Just tried it.
