XBOX Stats not properly Recording for PUBG

Hello,

After the new update to PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, my wins (stuck on 312), kills (stuck on 6269), and other statistical data are not being recorded. However, the overall matches played ARE being recorded. The leaderboards within the game are recording
the data properly, but the problem lies within the XBOX Live Dashboard not recording the information. It is only, as I have previously said, recording the matches played total data, but not anything else. I am not experiencing this issue with any other game.
Could you please help me with this issue?

My pubg stats aren’t appearing in my game hub

I got a solo win on pubg a couple hours after the new pubg update and it shows up on my stats on my game, but not in my game hub. It has been 36 hours since I have got it, and it hasn’t appeared.

 

Rank reset and perm unlocks gone & classes.

Whoa,that's ****** up.

That's a big jump as far as the ranking part goes,

I don't know what that's about,but I've never seen anything like that before.

Sounds like it wasn't recording all of your stats properly,

and then it bugged out somewhere and didn't read everything right.

 

The game is still a game preview title, so issues like this are expected to happen to some players. I would suggest contacting the developers so they can look into this and get it fixed.

I cannot contact them because PUBG Corp. states that my Gamer Tag is invalid and I cannot submit a support ticket.
