Please reformat your console keeping games and apps as your dashboard software may be corrupted and may need refreshing: Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps".

In my opinion that sounds like it may be a GPU issue. I would suggest reaching out to MS Tech Support to setup a repair ticket, they should be able to get you going again!

You know the little short video that plays on an xbox one x before the xbox green screen logo? Thats when its static/snowy. Then it shows the normal xbox logo. When trying to use any video streaming app is when all i see is green screen with audio.

I tried what you suggested, it went to 680x680 like you said but it only dispayed the static/snowy screen in lower quality and still experienced the green screen with audio only on netflix and hulu.

Green as in no Xbox symbol? If so, let's reset your display settings in pre-boot:

1. If there's a disc in the Xbox One console, eject it.

2. On the console, press and hold the Xbox button until it turns off and unplug it for 30 seconds and plug it back in.

3. Press and hold the Xbox button (power button) and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console.

4. You will hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. DO NOT LET GO until the second beep occurs. This resets the display settings to default and to 640x480 mode. Hopefully you should
see your screen now.

5. To reset this setting, go to System > Settings in the guide, select Display & Sound, Video options, and then TV Resolution.
