Xbox startup system error code E102 help.

I recently got this error, and I know what it is and what it means, but I’ve tried everything when it comes to troubleshooting, offline update install, both factory reset and usb factory reset with don’t remove game so and apps and remove everything options,
but still the problem persists. I even spent about an hour chatting with an Xbox employee. I’m thinking on sending the system back for repair because it still has the 1 year warranty. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Screen Freeze

I am experiencing some problems with my Xbox1, first, it's a startup error with Error code E102. I followed what is available on this website to reboot my system but the tv screen always freezes whenever i select an option. Then, i will be brought back
to the something went wrong page. Do need someone's help please. Thank you.
