    Xbox starts but i cant do anything but hit close on a sorry we cant launch this error


    Could anyone please help me figure out how to fix this? Its actually my dads xbox one since mine is fine but my dad is out and my brother plays his xbox and came across a problem. When its turn on it doesnt even let you see the home screen. Once turnt on
    you get a "sorry we cant launch this" and everytime you click close it pops up another one. Dont know what to do. I tried unplugging it and i put a game in and it started but couldnt change accounts.

    i having the sorry we cant launch this" message pop up BEFORE dashboard and i hit the "close" button but it immediatley pops up again i evn tried to reboot but same thing happens.

    initial startup keep getting loading circle

    when i turn on my xbox initially it just continually keeps loading. cant do anything from here, can hit middle button and menu pops up, but wont run games cant sign in, cant do a single thing, occasionally it will say i need a update but since i cant sign
    in or do anything how the *** am i supposed to update.
