It’s happening right now to a bunch of people including me! How does a multi million dollar company like Microsoft manage to [mod removed- profanity] up like that?!? Literally making xbox’s around north america unuseable!

This to me is just a proof that when you buy online games from them it really means nothing because they could not work at anytime and not be worth anything!

Seems like scores of people are having the same issue right now. I am getting the same error code. Waiting for Xbox support to call me back in like an hour.

I recommend to try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Remove the profile
• Power cycle the Xbox One
• Add the profile
• Test the action again

You'll have to try contacting microsoft support we dont have many solutions to that except hard resets and trying to reset your internet that we can provide on an unknown error
