    Can someone help me... I was starting my xbox yesterday, he starts but he don't starts further to the home menue. does someone know what's wrong. another thing is when I make my xbox off (he don't starts anyway) then the light light flick for 10 min.

    Hey VirtuosicStorm5,

    Is the Console stuck at the green loading screen or are you just seeing a black screen? Or is it a Error Code your getting?

    and it goes straight to the screen: Restart this xbox or Troubleshoot, already tried all and always the error screen appears, when I try to reset offline it goes until 3% restarts and error appears E101 00000504 8B050041

    Hi there Bryan,

    Thanks for reaching out! Sounds like your troubleshooting your
    Power Supply for the Xbox One    .

    • The Power supply LED on your power supply, Is the unit light still on, or has it turned off or started blinking? The color white/amber will happen when it filters the power in the surge protector.
    • When troubleshooting take a look at the LED light, does it stay solid or blink (light turns off and on)?
