Xbox Start Up Network Error

Recently my Xbox randomly powered off and said “no signal” I fixed this issue until I tried to load it back up and puts me in trouble shoot mode but here’s the catch I tried reset Xbox and it put me straight back in troubleshoot, I tried factory reset but
it goes black after I choose my network, I then moved onto offline download where the same thing happend it wouldn’t let me press my network and would go black

wifi issues

So recently my xbox one has not been able to connect to my wifi network. It has before in the past and one day up and stopped working. I've called xbox customer support and went through troubleshoot steps with them but so far they have not helped. The wifi network shows up but whenever i try to test the network connection i get an error message that says 'cannot get an IP address'. I tried a wired connection and that works but i am not able to keep it wired all the time. If anyone might have a solution please help!

I have restarted the xbox properly many times. and Ive unplugged the ethernet cable and plugged it in again many times and no matter what the screen just stays black and the message pops up. The only thing I haven't tried is the factory reset with a usb
and as you can understand im quite reluctant to do so im just holding out to see if there are any other alternative methods before i do the factory reset

try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
screen when you power it back up. if this don't help
