    Xbox start up issues and flashing lights


    After trying to go on the hulu app on the xbox one the screen went black. Did a hard reset then the light started to blink twice then shut off. Turned power supply off completely for half an hour turned it back on everything loaded fine tried going into
    the youtube app and screen went black again but this time I was able to shut off via remote. While shut down the console light is blinking and the remote light is as well. Any help would be appreciated.

    Did you try to do a hard reset or replug your AC adaptor? See if that works.

    Hey there Sydney!

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to use your console and have it stay on.

    Now, seeing as it goes off like that, I would strongly recommend doing what we call a soft reset of the console.

    It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

    Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
    will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

    Also make sure that you select the option denoted
    reset and keep my games and apps.
