Xbox Start up error

When I turn my xbox on it logs me in but the dashboard won't load up. It just says the servers aren't working at this time. Go to the xbox support site. And I can even delete an recover my account because the dashboard wont load. Every time I press okay
to remove the message from the screen, the screen is just black for about a second and the same message loads up again so it's just in an endless loop and its been like this for over TWO DAYS now and i don't know what else to try.

I have restarted the xbox properly many times. and Ive unplugged the ethernet cable and plugged it in again many times and no matter what the screen just stays black and the message pops up. The only thing I haven't tried is the factory reset with a usb
and as you can understand im quite reluctant to do so im just holding out to see if there are any other alternative methods before i do the factory reset

try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
screen when you power it back up. if this don't help

any of this 2 you need to download again all

Hello Joshua,

being you have tried all the troubleshooting except a factory reset, we recommend doing the

offline update with a USB. Two things to note before doing so, make sure have a stable internet connection, also make sure you know email/password for every account on the console.
