    Xbox staff members aren't doing their jobs and I'm fed up with it.


    There are plenty of staff at xbox that obviously need to be fired. Members of the support team and enforcement team to give a blatant example. What can we, as the gamers that make this console and company successful, do to get treated fairly by the people
    that "work" at Microsoft? I would honestly go as far as to get these God-awful employees fired at this point. It's disappointing to be a paying, loyal customer for this long then get spat on like this.

    You could try lodging a complaint with your local Better Business Bureau. That's your only recourse.

    Assuming they aren't some recorded robot (I hate these the worst) then I always go the route WILKO said, polite, patient and remember that they are people just working for a company that doesn't even know they exist............and think of how many issues
    'they' have to deal with that are not even their doing, has to be a terrible job, no wonder this industry is outsourced so often, yuck! But depending on how far you have gone with the issue and if you are truly fed up, have at it, it is not the end of the
    world if they do drop you.

    It's a problem on microsofts side, lots of people aren't able to download marketplace content. would be nice to hear from microsoft about how its coming along though instead of a tiny announcement yesterday at the very top of the support page saying they
    are fixing it, then today saying everything is fine yet everyone still having the same troubles. and I'm fed up of hearing "clear your cache" IT DOESN'T WORK, how about instead "do your job and fix it"
