Xbox staff complaint

So I got booted off xbox live two nights ago and couldn't log back in till this morning. When I logged back in this morning my account was suspended falsely. There are many other posts about this but those people are all told that xbox disciplinary employees
dont frequent the forums (WHICH IS LITERALLY THE DUMBEST THING I HAVE EVER HEARD BY THE WAY ). I made an appeal that I havent heard back about. Basically, from what I've read I'll get zero help on here. I guess my question is, does xbox really expect people
to swallow this?? The loss of all their hard earned progress, and purchase's for either no reason at all or from the actions of a hacker?? What a joke.

If the enforcement team did review the posts and they used to have a forum, they would get thousands of posts every day. It is not workable. How long is your suspension for? You should have a notification email explaining the reason and the length of
your suspension. And contrary to popular belief, the enforcement team does not suspended accounts without verification.

Unless your account was permanently suspended which the enforcment page would have a ending year on the suspension of 9999 then you would not lose any of your progress.

Thing is, using the contact us will not in any way help. Support cant assist, the only place, as pointed out by others, is the Enforcement website

really sorry to hear about this, honestly nothing can be done in the forums but i would advise getting in contact with an employee using the contact us tab. Usually, cases like these where falsely accused give you the right to challenge a ban. where more information
about the report is gathered and will decide based on whether it is true and whether the report button was spammed just to get a ban.
