Thanks for reaching out to the forums with this situation. I understand you're having issues using your Xbox 360 Cloud Saved Games on Xbox One is that correct? I recommend enabling your Cloud Saved Storage in the Storage settings in your System settings.
Once you've done that go to the game's game save you want to move and then move it to the Cloud. Once the Game save itself is in the Cloud launch the game on the Xbox 360 at least one time to let it fully sync and either reach an auto save point or manually
save the game again and try to access the game saves from your backwards compatible Xbox One. Hope this helps let us know with a reply how it goes!

Thanks for your reply.

The first reason for looking for answers via google in the xbox-support-sites was really how to get the save game of F Horizon from 360 to the xbox one.

But trying for at least a day to accomplish this was forcing me to try at first to save the game just on the 360 to the cloud, but also that didn t work if I follow the mentioned tip on xboxsupport:

Well I activated the cloud storage, otherwise I will not get the question in game for where to save (HDD or cloud)

But everytime I chose "cloud" the game started from the beginning. (Even after "sync") It was frustating.

Is this an old notice/tip for an older version of the console or does it simply not work with Forza Horizon???

How can I save the actual "score"/save game to the cloud? (to later use it on any of the consoles)

I want kindly ask for your advice.

Hey there Thomas!

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to save to your cloud.

I would suggest that you delete your account off of the 360 emulator by launching the game, then push the menu and view buttons. Once the 360 guide comes up, I would go to
Settings>System Settings>Storage>Memory Unit then go to your profile and delete it. Once you have deleted it, then redownload it by bringing up the guide again and then see if you can continue with the old data.

If that does not work, then I would suggest trying a soft factory reset of your Xbox One.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games and apps.

also ich habe level 1 abgeschlossen (auf der xbox meines Freundes) den speicherstand in die Cloud geladen und dann auf meine xbox runtergeladen, forza horizon rein und KEINEN erfolg bekommen.....muss ich bis level 1 auf meiner Xbox spielen oder warum geht
das nicht?!?

Hallo PunichingOne,hab es gerade getestet: kein 6MB update und exportieren klappt /importieren und Spielstand in der "remastered" nutzen geht auch ! Obwohl ich die save games auf der 360 nicht nutzen kann!!!(Habe auf der 360 das 4MB update gezogen.)Habe
sicherheitshalber auf der One im Emulator nur exportiert aber kein Spiel gestartet!
