    Hi Microsoft,

    I have been experiencing echoing when talking to my friends and audio cutting on and off. I have tried 3 different head sets and this has not solve the problem. What should i do? Is it the controller that is playing up? I have a Xbox 1s and it is almost
    brand new.

    Sound help !

    Clearing the cache is one solution. Also make sure that this specific game is not on a different setting that your audio system does not support. Go into the options and reset everything to the defaults or try a different audio configuration type. Does this happen with all games or just a single title? Sounds strange to be honest (no pun intended)

    This sounds like a problem with your television to me; I will still try to help you.

    1. Make sure your television is at maximum volume, or it is not muted.
    2. Make sure that the audio outputs (if you have additional bosins connected) are well connected.
    3. Make sure the HDMI cable is well connected to the television.

    If none of these options work, I will leave this question to another expert so they can answer you.
