Xbox (Solitaire) sign in failure

Discus and support Xbox (Solitaire) sign in failure in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I cannot sign in to play the Solitaire Collection on my Win 10 PC.     Xbox (Solitaire) sign in failure


    I cannot sign in to play the Solitaire Collection on my Win 10 PC.

    Un- and re-installed the collection and Xbox - not solved.

    Do I have to re-install Win 10?

    Cannot sign into Jigsaw

    Can sign into Xbox and solitaire etc but not jigsaw

    X-Box Games: Microsoft Solitaire daily challenge....Can't Sign In!

    I don't know whether this will help anyone, but I wasn't able to sign into Microsoft Solitaire by tapping the Solitaire tile, but I can if I open the Xbox app, then chose Solitaire.

    Hi Sumio,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand have question on how to sign out of the Microsoft Solitaire collection. To do this all you need to do is sign out of the Xbox companion app. This will automatically sign you out of the Microsoft solitaire Collection.
