Xbox sold me a game that troubleshooting isn't fixing

I experienced the same thing with the monopoly game on xbox overnight it stopped working the
only solution is to wait for the update which took several months, no need to ask them for
a refund they won't and they won't not the right authority
to only be informed of the problem

I'm having the same problem. Almost every time I go online and match is about to start on COD MW3, my Xbox says that my disc is unreadable.

This isn't acceptable Microsoft.

You want to charge me to fix the faulty hardware that you sold me? Yeah, that makes so much sense.

Tb will tell you the headsets are not the same.

maybe the other peoples have broke as well.

MS only need to fix it if the item is official MS approved, the item isn't even sold to work with the xbox one.
