    So I was planning on leaving the Xbox system update beta but when I went to leave it on a a BETA version I was met with this pop-up.

    Pop up

    Your choosing to remove this console from preview delta. If you make this request during an active preview wave your console may require a factory refresh upon removal. Your games and apps won’t be deleted, but if a factory refresh is required you’ll need to complete initial setup again.

    If I do the factory refresh will my accounts get removed?

    Have you tried doing the factory rest with the USB drive? https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults

    BTW, if you are in the insider program you may want to consider opting out because BETA software can be problematic.

    In this support page,
    Xbox Insider program FAQ     it states

    "As part of the removal process, your Xbox may undergo a factory refresh. If a factory refresh is required, your games and apps won’t be erased, but
    any profiles or system settings saved to the console will need to be restored after the refresh is complete."

    Choosing language and wifi settings is part of the console setup after a factory refresh.
