Xbox Sniper 3 Ghost warrior not running on xbox one S

I recently bought sniper 3 ghost warrior, and when the game launch on the selection of xbox live profile the game return to xbox start screen, in other words the games doesn't run.

Xbox support tell me to reinitiate console, i do that but the problem is the same, i have tried to install this game on internal or external hard drive and the problem is the same.

What can i do ?

Sorry to hear it. If a power cycle by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down does not work then please try a factory reset. There is an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to reinstall them.
