    mine did the same so I came here looking for advice, definitely looks like its a manufacturing issue and fire risk! on the phone now booking a replacement...

    Boost, I had to use a bobby pin as a paperclip wasn't strong enough - you really have to push it in to pop the disc out.

    Hello, so def unplug console from power. If under warranty you can have it repaired if not it will be an out of pocket expense.
