    so. i just came from a thread that literally was no help at all what so ever so here i am. asking the same question and hopefully an ambassador will actually give us an answer

    WHERE ON THE XBOX CONSOLE WILL A PERSON FIND THE XBOX UPDATE SCREEN CODE FOR THEIR XBOX SMARTGLASS?

    literally ive searched the UPDATE GAMES AND APPS. and the UPDATE CONSOLE areas of the xbox and there is no 6 digit code for my smartglass..

    smartglass and xbox are on the same internet. not sure why people think there would be a different internet involved when im sitting in MY HOUSE WITH MY INTERNET. but that asside.

    same wifi. same hard wired connection same ISP SAME IP ADRESS BLAH BLAH BLAH. still no code. been searching for what feels like hours on a crppy platform format without straight answer.

    Once more the question is this..

    Where can i find the code on my xbox. not how to connect but WHERE to FIND the code

    HELP. PLS

    Sorry you were having such a hard time getting your answer. Please know many ambassadors are trying to help you by offering some of the more common trouble shooting tools. As my fellow ambassadors mentioned above, Xbox quit support of the Smartglass app
    in 2018. Most of the features from that app are available on the Xbox app for ios and Android. Hope this helps! Happy gaming!
