Xbox Smartglass Issue

Discus and support Xbox Smartglass Issue in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I downloaded the Xbox app for my smartphone and tablet.     Xbox Smartglass Issue


    I downloaded the Xbox app for my smartphone and tablet. When I go to login it has me sign-in but as soon as I sign in it sends me back to the home page to sign in. Is there a fix for this?

    netflix on xbox one issue with smartglass & windows 10 xbox app

    I have done this but it doesn't help solve my issue.

    I have found another post on the issue so others are experiencing it.

    Have also factory reset xbox that didn't fix.

    This is Windows related as the issue occurs on Surface 3 (xbox app and smartglass) , Lumia 950XL (xbox app and smartglass) and Lumia 820 running 8.1 (smartglass only as no xbox app)

    However

    Galaxy S7 running Android scrolling in Netflix works fine.
