Xbox smart glass up

dear god I am sick of having to post on here as to why this Xbox does not work. ever since upgrading to the 1TB system (or 3 of them and STILL not having one with working wifi should I say) we have settlEd for an ugly cable across my house because I'm tired
of wasting my gas to return the broken product Microsoft sends out, this new update rolls around with a ton of issues. Xbox smart glass has lost a TON of functionality. Doesn't even work on Netflix profile select anymore. The system went backwards in time,
not just the games..... YouTube doesn't even sync from mobile anymore... And don't worry microsoft, I don't expect an answer to this question, being that you have never answered before and are ignoring tons of support questions daily. Just know that your paying
customers are getting fed up with your non working systems and you IGNORING the problems. Ps4 is looking better every day..... Sadly we switched to xb1 for backwards compatibility and the lack of game quality on that end is horrid also. Titles none of us care
or want to play.. Get with it Microsoft. We deserve the great product you advertise being able to give us, not a broken up console with no wifi out of the box!

I received my code this morning on my smart glass.

Ostarted up my xbox and it is not here. And no longer on my smart glass? Please help.

 

is smart glass already done?

Smart Glass, like the Xbox One, is just getting warmed up.

 

I didn't state that we have had 2 500gb systems working flawlessly. (aside from software and app issues associated with update) this is entirely a WIFI adaptor hardware issue and Microsoft has tried in no way to compensate me for my 3x 45 min drive to find
the special edition forza consoles before settling (dang Microsoft I always have to settle with you, never satisfied) with preordering an elite and being out a console for a month. This has been the most inconvenient console switch I have ever experienced.
