Xbox slow, drop fps and stuttering

Hello there,
I've asked a few questions, but I still have the same doubts. I try to express myself well.
I recently had problems dropping fps on a new Xbox One S, I got the warranty and got a new one (I do not know exactly if it's new) this week.
It turns out that although I notice an improvement in certain games, I still notice some fps dropping and stuttering in others.
For example:
FIFA 18 - Sometimes when the camera "moves" the screen freezes for 1/4 seconds, which although little is perceptible and annoying.
We Happy Feel - FPS low in almost every game, sometimes it seems that it is running in slow motion, however when I watch gameplays of the same I do not notice this problem
Fortnite, APEX and Sea Of Thieves - Here is usually the same problem, sometimes when I move the camera, there is a certain "skipping frame" where the camera stops and then moves again
Besides, the dashbord looks pretty slow ...

I already did power cicling, I changed TV, I renewed MAC
It's my first time with an XBox, I do not know how much this is normal, and if it should be doing it.
What I would like to know is if this is normal for the console, and if it is not, is it a hardware or software problem? Which is more likely? What should I do?

If your xbox don't have a lot of space, It could be, that it got dusty. I would suggest you try to clean off all the dust from the intakes, so the xbox can breathe. And after reading other threads like this, I see that
some fixed the problem by hard resetting or power cycling their xbox.

To do this, you hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on. The system will turn off. When you hit the button again, it will start and display the green start-up screen.

Make sure your xbox has adequate airflow - this usually solves most problems.

Make sure the console is ion a clean well ventilated area. I would also agree with Choppy that it might be a good idea to do a re-install and hard reset.
